Site Manager

Our client are looking for a site manager to deliver the construction of a doctors surgery & leisure complex on an exisiting building. There will be a visiting/site based project manager & visiting contracts manager to provide any necessary support. This is a 90 week programme valued at 14 million Someone Surrey or Kent based will be ideal for this client as they will be expected to travel within an hour - 1.5 of their head office in Bromley. Requirements: * Experience on a similar project * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid Salary is dependent on experience, ranging from 60,000 - 70,000 per annum plus package; car allowance, fuel & expenses, healthcare There will be a 2 stage interview process, first being a teams second being on site/office based meeting.
