Technical Officer - ASAP (Interviews This Week)

One of our Public Sector clients based in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Technical Officer on an interim basis for 6 months with a view to extend (Interviews as soon as this week)

Ideally you will:

• Based in a commutable distance to Nottinghamshire 5 days per week in the office.
• Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity.
• Millage included from office to sites (0.45p)

Responsibilities include:

• Looking after the work in progress.
• Work includes heating, roofing, and electrical compliance.
• Managing areas like complaints and customer queries

Interviews to be taking place as soon as this week.
