Project Manager – High End Fit Out / Interiors & Exterior Stone   Are you a Project Manager with experience in stonework, looking for an exciting new opportunity?   We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to oversee a variety of high-end interior and exterior natural stone projects.   You will work with Tier 1 contractors, developers, and fit-out companies, managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation. Projects range from £1m to £4m, offering the chance to lead prestigious developments and work with top industry names.   Responsibilities: Manage and oversee high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation projects, with values up to £4 million Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client specifications Manage risk assessments, health & safety compliance, and site documentation Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Report regularly to senior management on project performance and financials What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end fit-out, tiling, or stone projects Experience in managing projects involving masonry, natural stone, architectural stonework, paving, or stone refurbishment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks Excellent communication and client management skills Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Office, Procore and Asite.
