Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Welsh Language Recruitment Consultant initially located in our North Wales office, in Mold. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for recruitment for our Welsh medium Schools, consulting with candidates and clients, conducting interviews, effective communication, and recruiting suitable candidates for education roles. We are seeking someone with initiative to help lead our Welsh Language division, with a bright future ahead of the ideal candidate, if progression is what you are after, then this is the role for you. Recruitment or account management experience Fluent Welsh Speaker Experience in conducting interviews Strong communication skills Ability to work well with candidates and clients Knowledge of the education sector Excellent organisational and time-management skills What you will get from us.
