Your new company
You will be joining one of the UK's leading housebuilders, working as an Architectural Technician on a 3-month contract, with rolling options to extend further. This role is OUTSIDE IR35.

Your new role
You will be required to:

Ensure all drawings, details and third-party information are accurate, commercially suitable, and compliant with current regulations.

Work with the Group Technical Manager to manage the delivery and maintenance of the Group standard house type portfolio.

Liaise with regional business units and attend meetings to progress all relevant technical matters.

Ensure cost-effective design control and buildability.

What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Architectural Technology or related.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience checking 3rd party information in a house builder role.
