As a Branch Manager, you’ll use your skills and knowledge to drive the branch forward · Network and build long-lasting relationships with local schools & heads of departments. · Partner with schools to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs. · Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy to map the personal market. · Track and identify prospective supply staff using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media. · Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility · Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and background checks. · Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to schools. · Offer guidance and facilitate the interview/placement process through to its completion · Follow up with schools, service check staff, and Milk process. · Research and develop recruiting leads. · Work to achieve set business outcomes and measure personal performance via Key performance indicators.
