Purpose of the Job
To further enhance and develop the curriculum to meet the needs of all students giving them the most relevant skills and knowledge to succeed. To secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in consultation with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
- To teach and provide effective delivery of the English curriculum in consultation with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
- To monitor, record and report on student progress
- To contribute to and help implement developments that relate to the School Development Plan
