Pastry Commis Chef
We are currently looking to recruit a passionate pastry Commis chef for a luxury hotel in hook.Joining an established pastry team you will assist in the preparation and delivery of all desserts for the restaurant, afternoon and events
service within the hotel

The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef will have the following:
Previous experience as a Pastry Commis chef or apprenticeship level
Great eye for detail
Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
The desire and motivation to work in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environment
Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service
