A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Technical Services Manager to join their growing team, covering a large portfolio of sites across London & South East: The Role As the Technical Services Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: * Management of supervisors and overseeing of engineering workforce delivering hard M&E services, Compliance and OF delivery. * Leadership, driving and development of direct reports ensuring all mandatory training is in place with a robust succession plan in place for all roles. Completion of regular 1-2-1’s and Performance Reviews measuring against delivery of SMART objectives * Management of the Supply Chain negotiating best value and procuring in line with stretch targets whilst driving standards ensuring Avetta and Construction Line compliance. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Technical Services Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: * Knowledge of Facilities Management * Experience in the Building Services industry. * Managed a hard services contract previously * Must have a technical background * Strong communication skills. * Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
