? Sunday to Wednesday and Sunday to Tuesday DAYS 6.00AM 6.00PM OR NIGHTS 6.00PM 6.00AM
Or
? Wednesday to Saturday and Thursday to Saturday 6.00am 6.00pm DAYS or 6.00pm 6.00am NIGHTS
Salary Between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum plus shift incentive

Our client is a reputable organisation and they are looking to increase their workforce by adding additional Production engineers to join their workshop based team.
This role is a pivotal position within the workforce and you will be joining a well organised and established team. This company loves progressing employees internally and looks for applicants who want to further themselves in the workplace
Main duties will include
? To assist the Department Head in maintaining product output in the Lathe Area Department.
? To investigate and where possible offer suggestions for process improvements and/or cost reductions.
? To assist Lathe Machine production when necessary to maintain production output.
? To assist in the training of new staff and progression training of existing staff.
? To diagnose faults and repair Lathe Machines and associated Equipment.
? To complete and update tasks using a Maintenance based software.
? To provide assistance as and when required to any and all members of the Lathe Area team.
? To provide assistance to Service Engineers as and when required.
? To assist with any other requirements associated with the department.
Candidate attributes -
Experienced in using a range of tool room / work shop based machinery.
Familiar with CNC based Machines, and also have at least 5-10 years experience of working in a production environment, preferably on a 24/7 or at the very least, a shift type basis.
Very good mechanical aptitude and be able to diagnose faults associated with Machine Wear and Component Quality.
Disciplined, self-motivated and be able to work as both an individual and as part of a team.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and have strong communication skills, being able to discuss problems and issues with all levels of personnel.
