Property Condition Surveyor (Outside Ir35)

Elevate Projects are working on partnership with our client, a reputable Property Consultancy, to appoint an experienced Condition Surveyor to work on a long term outside IR35 contract in the Reading area.

HHSRS and Condition Surveys on housing stock, using KEYSTONE software and tablet, flats, houses and blocks. Paid by Survey, OTE 350 per day.
