TITLE:Lettings Associate REPORTS TO:Lettings Manager LOCATION: Canary Wharf and Wembley Salary:£30K + commission + discretionary bonus per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday (weekends as and when the business requires) The Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Letting Associate to join our team. The Lettings Associate will play a critical role in managing the leasing process, from initial leads to move-in. This individual will be responsible for showcasing our properties, building relationships with prospective members, and ensuring a seamless letting experience. Able to operate independently and based on-site, were ideally searching for someone who has experience delivering the end-to-end lettings and sales process. The role will be supported with marketing resources and help from a fantastic onsite team. Responsibilities Leasing Process Management - Guide potential tenants through the leasing process, from initial enquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination Show Rounds - Conduct tours of our Co-living properties, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits to prospective members Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues for both prospective and current residents Marketing Support - Assist with marketing efforts by participating in open houses, community events, and other promotional activities to attract new residents Member Screening - Conduct background checks, reference checks, and other member screening processes to ensure a high-quality member base Documentation - Prepare and manage all leasing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies Market Analysis - Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for pricing and marketing strategies. Core Competencies Previous experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related field is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping others find their ideal living space Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software Knowledge of fair housing laws and local rental regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Candidate Requirements Self-starter and able to work to targets Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong administration skills Organised, flexible and dedicated Professional, positive, persuasive and enthusiastic approach.
