About the Role The successful candidate who will report to and work directly with the Finance Manager, will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties... Assisting in monthly preparation of Management Accounts Weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting Maintaining fixed asset register Auditing supplier payments and resolving pricing issues with buying team Liaising with Suppliers Monthly bank reconciliations in various currencies Intercompany Account Reconciliations Credit Cards postings and reconciliations Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to accounts Preparing monthly KPIs Meeting HMRC reporting deadlines. Essential Criteria Third Level Finance/ Business Qualification (Desirable) Studying (Or planning to) ACCA or CIMA Qualification (Study Support will be provided) Experience working in a manufacturing environment (desirable) Good IT skills with previous experience of Excel, Word and Outlook (Experience with Excel Desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail along with a proven ability to meet deadlines For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence.
