Were opening a Basque cuisine restaurant inside a pub in Belgravia. Whole turbots, Galician beef and beautiful lobsters from the top suppliers, all based around our charcoal grill and smoker. Were looking for a Sous Chef who can be an inspiration to Junior Chefs, our Sous Chef should not only be able to lead a service, but be able to lead a brigade. Building and retaining a well-balanced team is our top priority, so were offering good rates of pay and full-time contracts with flexible rotas to all levels of our Chefs.
