Pattern Maker

Lodestone Recruitment are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker for our client in the Rotherham area. Due to continued growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for join a forward-thinking company. What We Are Looking For Our client is interested in candidates who have the following: Experience in producing finished patterns ready for the foundry moulders to make castings Experience working with machines typically in a Pattern shop including SLA, 3D sand print, creating NC and CNC programs from CAD models. Raise Non-Conformance Reports when required. Supervisory experience (for the right candidate, our client is considering a Team Leader or Supervisor to lead the team). *Please note - The company would be open to applications from candidates with experience as a Bench Joiner, Carpenter and CNC Operators / Machinists who are looking to take their career in a different direction. What Do You Get? The successful Pattern Maker will receive the following: A salary of £28-34k/annum depending on experience (for those with supervisory experience our client would offer towards the top end of the salary bracket) Regular days - 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-3:30pm Friday Permanent position from day one Holidays - 22 days + stats Great company benefits package including pension and onsite parking - 9% contribution from company/5% employee Ongoing training and development.
