Housing Administrator

Job role: Housing Administrator Location: Leeds Working Pattern Full Time - Permenant ( Monday - Friday)  We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Administrator to join a team that truly makes a difference in the lives of those who need it most. If you're looking for a rewarding challenge and the chance to contribute to meaningful work, this role could be the perfect fit for you.   Main duties: Handle all administrative tasks related to property management, including setting up and managing utility, council tax, and other accounts online Oversee the Repairs Tracker to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues Maintain effective communication with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Manage budget and expenses trackers to support financial accountability. Issue and collate invoices and payment requests accurately and on time. Provide administrative support to the Head of Compliance and other members of the Senior Management Team. Undertake additional duties as required by the Office Manager and Service Manager.
