The Role
As a Solicitor within this Law Firms HR and Employment Advisory Team , your role requires you to work in a team providing legally compliant advice to clients by telephone and email in all aspects of HR and Employment Law, in order to support the business needs of the individual clients, whilst highlighting any options that are non-compliant and the risk this presents.
The position focuses on proactively undertaking cases involving Settlement Agreements, Commercial Queries, and Data Protection. In addition you will assist with other teams across the business including the High Risk Complex case Team, and High Risk Absence Management.
