Asbestos Analyst

Asbestos Analyst Regional (London and surrounding counties) Salary – £28-38k depending on experience We are looking for an Asbestos Analyst to support a construction business in Essex. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Asbestos Analyst and hold the relevant qualifications. You will not need to be based in Essex, as most of your work will be based regionally. We need an Asbestos Analyst to undertake work in London and the surrounding regions. Main Duties: * Carrying out airborne Fibre monitoring, counting and clearance works * Following all Asbestos Health and Safety and CDM regulations * Ensuring all Asbestos work is carried out in accordance with the companies procedures * Ensuring that reports are completed. * Promote other services of the group, identifying sales opportunities and passing on leads. * Participate in the internal and external audit programme for fibre counting, bulk sampling, surveying and airborne fibre monitoring as required. Skills/Experience: * Must hold BOHS P403, BOHS P404 essential or equivalent * Experience undertaking Asbestos surveys and air monitoring * Experience conducting high level consultancy and client advice on managing asbestos in estates and properties * A Full UK Driving License (Company van to be provided) * The ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative * Willingness to learn and attend training courses as and when required Searley Owen are acting as an employment agency in relation to this opportunity, we will never send your CV without your permission
