We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Regional Delivery Lead to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our regional office. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you’ll be a vital part of the regional leadership team, working alongside our People & Practice Leads and Chief Engineer to drive growth, innovation and success. In this key leadership position, you’ll champion delivery excellence, inspire high-performing teams and ensure that our clients receive outstanding results every time. The role will include taking a hands on role, when needed, on the most complex, challenging and rewarding assignments across the BJSS portfolio using your exceptional leadership skills to ensure client and BJSS team success.Being able to excel and make an appreciable difference within a high calibre, dynamic and challenging environment is one of the most stimulating elements of the role.
