Warehouse Manager Permanent Monday to Friday Norfolk Salary To Be Discussed (DOE) Due to continued company growth, we are supporting a Norfolk client with their search for an experienced Warehouse Manager. Key Responsibilities Ensure all warehousing activities are conducted safely in accordance with Health & Safety regulations. Create and maintain a safe and organised environment for team members, contractors, and visitors. Work closely with the Customer Service, Operations, and Procurement teams. Manage the Warehouse team and oversee two warehouses: Raw Materials and Finished Goods. Drive efficiency improvements through strategic planning and collaboration with supply partners, leveraging the Management Information System (MIS) and continuous improvement practices. Required Experience Strong knowledge & experience of working in a modern warehouse environment (manufacturing experience would be an advantage) A valid Forklift license Expertise in transport options Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations Proficient in IT, teamwork, organisation, and communication If you would like to discuss this role further, please click to apply now!
