Junior Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor Are you a recently qualified dispute resolution solicitor with a passion for real estate law? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual (NQ-2 years PQE) to join a dynamic legal team focused on Real Estate Disputes. About the Role: As part of our client's team, you will handle a variety of property disputes, including residential and commercial lease disagreements, land purchase/sale conflicts, and encumbrances. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on real estate dispute resolution matters Drafting and reviewing legal documents Managing case files and time recording to meet performance standards Assisting with business development and marketing initiativesWhat You'll Bring: Strong academic background with a 2:1 degree and LPC qualification (or equivalent) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A commercially minded approach with attention to detail A proactive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlinesWhy Apply?
