A Day in the Life

  1. Leads, manages, and develops a high-performing team of TA professionals responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent across EMEA; actively coaches the team, supporting their professional and personal growth.
  2. Develops and helps implement effective recruiting strategies that enable business growth.
  3. Partners closely with senior business leaders, People & Culture (HR) team, and global TA leaders to ensure TA strategies and results are aligned with annual workforce plans, budgets, and hiring priorities.
  4. Demonstrates expertise, curiosity, and creativity while leading employer brand strategy development and talent marketing initiatives.
  5. Uses data and problem-solving skills to ensure recruiting processes are efficient and effective.
  6. Embeds IDEA (DEI) throughout TA strategies and programs to attract diverse talent and enable equitable hiring outcomes.
  7. Focuses on developing both internal and external talent pools to support lululemon's long-term talent strategies.
  8. Partners with global TA functions in aligning and localizing global strategies, programs, and tools for EMEA markets.
  9. Positively impacts lululemon's global TA capabilities as a member of the global TA leadership team.
  10. Determines whether, where, when, and which recruiting vendors should be engaged to supplement TA capabilities.
  11. This role will take the lead on senior-level searches, e.g., Director + roles.
  12. Measures, tracks, and reports on TA's quantitative and qualitative results, as well as talent market insights.
  13. Serves as a role model and advocate for lululemon's values of Personal Responsibility, Inclusion, Connection, Courage, and Fun.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in a people leadership role, leading TA team(s) at a global organization.
  3. Deep expertise in TA strategy development, practices, and tools, with strong familiarity with European and retail talent markets.
  4. Demonstrated experience leading national employer brand strategy development and execution in one or more European countries where lululemon operates.
  5. Retail background strongly preferred; experience working in a high-growth environment and consumer sector is also an advantage.
  6. Demonstrated experience operating successfully in a matrixed work environment.
  7. Significant experience partnering with business leaders, including at the executive level, on TA strategies.
