Corporate Governance Paralegal

Our client, a leading mining company, are looking to add a Corporate Governance Paralegal to their London legal function. A large portion of the role will involve supporting the management of the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group’s North American subsidiaries and liaising with external stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met, along with day-to-day paralegal and administrative tasks to support the wider team. The team is very collegiate, and keen to offer the successful candidate significant opportunities to develop their career. Requirements: 2 years of post-graduation experience in the legal sector Corporate Governance experience including but not limited to subsidiary management, arranging board meetings and taking minutes
