As the Head of Quality for Supported Living Services, you will: Oversee and manage quality assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC, Care Inspectorate, etc.). Lead audits, inspections, and quality reviews across all supported living services. Collaborate with service managers and teams to ensure best practices are followed.
