The Role: As a New Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and introducing services to new clients nationwide. This sales-focused, results-driven role is ideal for a motivated “producer” with a knack for identifying and capturing new opportunities. You’ll work remotely, meeting clients across the UK to build new business and nurture valuable relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively generate new business within the commercial moving and workplace solutions sector, targeting clients across the UK. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster lasting partnerships. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized, client-focused solutions. * Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying client needs and proposing tailored services. Ideal Candidate: * Demonstrated success in business development, ideally in commercial removals, business relocations, change management, or a related field. * Strong consultative selling skills, with a proactive approach to client acquisition and lead generation. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders. * Independent, results-driven, and strategic, with a focus on client acquisition and sustainable growth.
