Quantity Surveyor

My client is a well-established, privately-owned contractor based in Birmingham, specializing in new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across a diverse range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Defense & Government, and Living. With project values ranging from £2m to £15m and a current turnover of £60m, the business is positioned for significant growth. Their strong order book, backed by a recent framework appointment, supports a projected turnover of £60m for next year. Role: They are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step into managing projects independently, with values up to £5m. This is primarily an office-based role, with occasional site visits, working on projects located within the West Midlands region.
