Chef de Partie to join the team of a recent new opening restaurant in the heart Knightsbridge: Casual fine dining French Provencal Mediterranean cuisine, precise dishes with bold flavours Fresh ingredientsand seasonal produce top notch suppliers (everything made in-house) Exciting project with a team of 20 chefs and under a cool Head Chef Lunch and dinner - up to 140 covers with outdoor terrace Salary up to £36,000 to £40,000 per annum (£15.5 to £16.5 p/h) Brand-new kitchen & equipment Rota of of 48 hours per week (flexible shifts)

with experience in
fine dining ,
Michelin-star restaurants , or
private clubs . You'll collaborate with the
Pastry
Head Chef
on an exciting new project, bringing creativity to the table. Theres plenty of
