Business Support Analyst (IT Function) - Permanent City of London (x2-3 days per week onsite) We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Support Analyst to join a dynamic team within the IT department of a leading insurance business. This pivotal role provides both 1st and 2nd line support through thorough investigation and analysis of business problems, leading to the delivery of robust system or procedural solutions that align with business needs.
