About The Company Our client, one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance creative agencies, is looking for a Paid Social Manager. With nearly 70 experts and £50M spent on Meta and TikTok campaigns, they offer in-house design, production, strategy, and UGC. After acquiring a London content agency, their creative capabilities are stronger than ever. They offer flexible work options from offices in Leeds, London, and soon Manchester. (On-site, Hybrid OR Remote Vacancy) Experience & Skills: 1 years of experience running Meta and TikTok Ads for e-commerce brands. Previous agency experience or working with 7-8 figure e-commerce brands. Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations; familiarity with Klaviyo and Triple Whale is essential. Ability to research and adapt quickly across different industries and clients. Key Responsibilities: Drive success for multiple e-commerce clients, delivering results under pressure to maintain high client retention. Strategise, build, and execute high-spend Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, with budgets exceeding £2,000/day per client. Manage a diverse client portfolio and communicate regularly via Slack and Google Meet. Collaborate closely with the Head of Acquisition and demonstrate potential to become a Senior Paid Social Manager. Provide expertise on eCommerce strategies, including Paid Ads, CRO, creative, and Shopify. Stay updated on eCommerce best practices through continuous learning and research. Collaborate effectively across teams, thinking like our clients to meet their needs. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
