Job Profile As a Partner, youll be responsible for driving the estate agencys profile in your designated area. With full autonomy, you'll handle everything from marketing and developing local business contacts to valuing properties and converting leads. While youll have the independence of working from home, youll also have access to a local office hub where a team of negotiators, sales progressors, and administrators will support the sales process from listing to completion. This role offers a perfect balance between entrepreneurial freedom and the security of being fully employed. Duties Build and manage the estate agencys profile in your local area
Conduct market appraisals and convert opportunities into instructions
Oversee the entire sales process from valuation to completion
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and local contacts
Implement local marketing and canvassing strategies
Work closely with the central hub office for support in sales progression and administration
Skills & Experience Minimum of 4 years' experience in estate agency
Proven ability to manage and develop business in a defined area
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business generation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in managing the full sales process
Flexibility to work both from home and in an office environment
