Role Overview:

• Full-time, term-time only position
• Supporting SEN students 1:1 and in small groups, specialising in speech and language
• Promoting progress and attainment within the classroom
• Collaborating with the SEN team to develop personalised learning strategies
• Assisting with behaviour management across the school

Essential Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Speech and Language or related subject from a leading UK university
• Previous child-based experience, ideally within SEN settings
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in working with students with SEN
• Strong behaviour management skills and ability to work with a range of learners
