Food and Beverage Supervisor

This includes: Planning and executing all logistical aspects of catering and events Conduct staff briefings, delegate tasks Build strong relationships with clients and incorporate feedback Manage budgets, monitor equipment and stock levels Maintain highest standards of food safety, hygiene and allergen management KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Events experience is essential Excellent customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eye for detail NVQ/HNC in hospitality/catering management is desirable, and basic on WSET exams. SALARY & BENEFITS: £30,400 + £8,000 overtime 25 days holiday + public holidays + Christmas shutdown Pension Plus lots more benefits.
