Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in alignment with the Year 4 curriculum. Collaborate with the parallel class teacher to ensure consistent educational standards and support across the year group. Create an encouraging, supportive classroom environment that motivates students to achieve their best. Participate in school-wide initiatives, contribute to extracurricular activities, and foster positive relationships with parents and the wider school community. Primary School Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience within UK primary schools, ideally within KS2. Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and effective classroom management skills.
