Job Title: Agresso Admin and Support Location: Hybrid (Luton, UK) Duration of Assignment: 6 Months Day Rate :£400 Role Description: The Agresso Admin and Support role involves providing operational support for the Agresso system (Unit 4) and managing service requests and user issues raised through ServiceNow. The role will be key in supporting system administration and ensuring the financial systems are operating efficiently, while maintaining strong financial controls and compliance with critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational support for Unit 4 Agresso. Administer Agresso modules, including common, logistics, planner, financials, commitment accounting, and system administration. Manage the financial systems helpdesk by responding to queries through the service desk portal, ensuring compliance with SLAs. Process configuration requests for the Chart of Accounts quickly and accurately. Assist with data reconciliations to maintain system integrity. Ensure month-end and year-end system processes are completed on time. Build strong working relationships with Finance L2 and L3 teams and finance users. Manage the system structure based on finance reporting needs, maintaining financial system integrity. Oversee the chart of accounts, account rules, groups, analysis codes, products, and document types. Maximize operational efficiency by ensuring the system remains resilient and robust. Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Experience in 2nd/3rd line support for Agresso. Understanding of business processes and Unit 4 Agresso terminology. (Preferable) Experience in the Airline domain. Analytical and creative skills for developing integrated financial systems. High proficiency in Excel, Word, Agresso Business World, and financial ledger systems. Strong interpersonal, oral, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to finance staff. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Methodical approach with strong planning and organizational skills. Process-driven with a hands-on attitude. Excellent team-working and collaboration skills. Person Specification: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail in accounting tasks. Ability to take on responsibilities quickly with minimal supervision. Broad understanding of IT topics. Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with a focus on team-building. Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and learning new skills outside the comfort zone. Technically creative and open-minded.
