The School – SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) This B based mixed community Special School, is a school that supports students aged between 4 – 19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties as a primary need or as a dual diagnosis to their medical or physical needs. The school covers two sites. One for the primary and one for the secondary. This ensures each site is specifically catered for the needs of the age groups. The school has excellent public transport links and limited parking surrounding the school grounds. The position – SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) The role will require an SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with a background of offering consistency and reliable support with the ability to build long lasting relationships with students with a variety of learning difficulties and challenges. The successful SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have a strong focus on supporting students transitioning to independent living within the community.
