Domestic Electrician

• Job Type: Temporary (3 months possibility to be extended)
• Location: Derby / Nottingham
• Salary: 25.20 per hour Umbrella

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Electrician for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in domestic repairs and must be proficient in test and inspection, holding a 2391 qualification. Familiarity with either the 18th or 17th edition wiring regulations is essential. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of electrical safety and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct electrical repairs and maintenance in domestic settings.
• Perform electrical inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Install new electrical systems and components.
• Maintain detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Ensure all work is performed according to the latest edition of wiring regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Domestic Electrician.
• Must hold a 2391 test and inspection certification.
• Familiarity with either the 18th or 17th edition of the wiring regulations.
• Must hold an in-date DBS
• Full UK driving licence
