We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our clients team. This fast-paced role is essential for supporting our sales processes, managing export paperwork, and facilitating communication with our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administrator Process and manage sales orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle all export paperwork, including shipping documents, invoices, and customs documentation. Communicate effectively with the manufacturing team to ensure timely production and delivery of orders. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications in our database. Assist in resolving any issues related to order processing or delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction. Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments and ensure smooth transportation. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and updating sales forecasts. Stay up-to-date with export regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence. Qualifications: Sales Administrator Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role, preferably in an export environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SAP CRM software. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in paperwork and documentation. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
