Position : Chef de Cuisine
Location: Luxury 5 star resort - Saint Lucia, Caribbean
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $4,500 net per month (including service charge) plus accommodation & travel allowance

We are seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine with a Brasserie and high-end banquet background to join our clients renowned beach resort. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career, overseeing a high-volume beach restaurant and supporting exclusive VIP events.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead culinary operations for our clients high-volume beach restaurant, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
Support and collaborate with the events team to deliver high-end banquet experiences.
Serve as a private chef at the private resort residence, frequented by ultra-high-net-worth individuals and VIPs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Culinary Background includes strong Brasserie experience with exposure to high-end banquet operations, ideally in luxury 5-star hotel settings.
Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred, especially within a luxury context.
Experience catering for VIP functions and private events, including royal family functions, weddings, and high-profile gatherings.
Adaptability and Professionalism, someone who is comfortable working with a discerning clientele, including HNW individuals and celebrities.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
