Manpower is recruiting for a dedicated Production Operative to join a large manufacturing company based in Yate. Our client specializes in the production of high-quality uniforms, and we are looking for an enthusiastic team member to play a crucial role in their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure fabric cutting machines are loaded accurately and efficiently.
• Input the correct cutting programs for each uniform.
• Allocate and manage the appropriate paperwork for each machine.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production flow.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not essential.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (with a shift pattern to be implemented soon):
• Week 1 (Earlies):
• Monday-Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
• Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
• Week 2 (Lates):
• Monday-Thursday: 14:00 - 22:30
• Friday: 12:30 - 19:00
