As a SAP Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day requirements and ensuring effective communication with customers. Please find all the details below: Salary: £29,203 Benefits: 21 days of holiday (pro rata) and Bank Holidays, Cycle to Work scheme, Company Pension, and Medicash. Location: Ashford, your own transport is required due to the location of the company Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Duration: 6 month FTC Start date: ASAP Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally Take ownership of customer issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions Act as the first point of contact for key customers and business sector managers Analyse statistics and compile reports for both customers and business stakeholders Collaborate with the supply chain to offer suitable alternatives and reduce excess stock holdings Ensure cost control by minimising year-on-year errors and reporting any unavoidable costs Create a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the team Manage and monitor part pallets, offering appropriate solutions to customersQualifications: Previous experience in an order administrator position Experience using SAP Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Analytical mindset with the ability to compile accurate reports Proactive and adaptable approach to handle diverse customer needsNext steps: If you are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to our client's success, we want to hear from you!
