Sr. UK Tax Product Manager

As a Senior UK Tax Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, direction, and prioritisation of our UK Tax product portfolio. You will oversee the entire tax product lifecycle, from initial planning to tactical execution. Your deep understanding of the UK direct tax domain and customer needs will enable you to effectively communicate priorities across the organisation and collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.

About the Role

  • Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision for our UK Tax products, aligning with overall business objectives.

  • Customer and User Needs: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer and user needs, translating them into actionable product requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure products meet strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering their professional development.

  • Problem-Solving: Tackle complex and ambiguous challenges with a strategic mindset and innovative approach.

  • Strategic Execution: Balance tactical execution with long-term strategic planning to drive product success.

  • While not directly responsible for people management, the role requires strong leadership and mentoring skills.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.

  • A strong understanding of Agile methodologies is beneficial.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Senior UK Tax Product Manager (SPM) if your background includes:

  • Extensive experience in UK tax products and regulations.

  • ATT CIOT qualified or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of customer and user needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
