Corporate Finance Associate

Job Title: Corporate Finance Associate Location: London CEB12082 Finatal is looking for someone to join a fast-growing team as a Corporate Finance Associate. This role will focus on debt, equity, and M&A transactions within the renewable and clean energy sector. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct thorough financial analysis, modelling, and valuation to support transaction decisions. · Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the renewable energy space. · Participate in the due diligence process and assist in the negotiation of transaction terms. · Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic recommendations and tailor solutions for clients. Ideal Candidate: · 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, preferably within the clean energy or related sectors. · Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. · Demonstrated interest in clean energy, sustainability, and renewable technologies. · Proficient in financial modelling and valuation techniques. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
