Estimator

We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Estimator for our Client near Oxford. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cost estimation within the construction industry, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. You will play a crucial role in the preparation of accurate and competitive bids, ensuring that all project costs are meticulously calculated and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Utilising construction knowledge and commercial experience in conjunction with other members of the bid team to ensure competitive bids, you will also manage Risk and Value during the tender period, preparing budgets and cost plans.

We are looking for someone with a number of years experience who is ideally looking to progress in to a Pre-Construction Manager role or similar in the future.

Our Client is based near Oxford and specialise in high end residential refurbishment projects, one off builds and University & College work.
