MEP Manager (Rail)London Underground Station Upgrade ProjectMEP Manager salary 70k - 80k + Package (Freelance Consultants Considered)We have a fantastic opportunity within a leading rail contractor’s business unit for an ambitious and talented MEP Manager to work on a 100M project in North London.The MEP Manager will successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and in accordance with our client’s standards.MEP Manager will have:LU standards & process experience essentialExperience delivering MEP ProjectsDegree or HNC/HND qualified in a relevant technical disciplineProven experience of working with and managing contractors within a traditional construction projectSound understanding and experience in the application of safety legislation and corporate safety procedures, including CDMGood understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance and experience in assessing value / evaluating variations of construction works undertakenDiscipline(s): Rail, Building ServicesJob type: Permanent
