Job Title: Project Manager (Retail Construction / Shopfitting) Location: UK-based (Various Locations) Salary: £55,000 + Package Start Date: Immediate Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in retail construction and shopfitting to join a leading construction company. You will manage high-profile retail fit-out projects across the UK, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for major retail brands. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all phases of retail construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client expectations are met. * Lead and coordinate site teams, ensuring clear communication and workflow. * Manage project budgets and schedules, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. * Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and building standards. * Provide regular updates to senior management and clients. Requirements: * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail construction or shopfitting project management. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Experience in budget management and project scheduling. * Health & safety compliance experience. * Full UK driving license and flexibility for nationwide travel. * Relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid). * Immediate availability is essential.
