Yes, this is exciting as this one is for us! You will ideally have experience working as a recruitment consultant, be highly self-motivated, dynamic and not afraid to work in a busy but fun office! Professionals from other industries may be considered but B2B experience is essential as well as EXCEPTIONAL standards of customer service. Casanovas Recruitment has been established in the Sudbury area for nearly 5 years and specialises in HR and Accountancy recruitment solutions across Essex and Suffolk. The role: This is an exciting opportunity working within a modern office where you can run your own desk and make a difference in a growing an ambitious local company, where you can shape the direction of the role and where your ideas matter! As a Recruitment Consultant or an experienced salesperson you will be used to being proactive, seeking and developing new business and creating lasting relationships with clients and candidates in the Suffolk and Essex area. Recruitment Consultant duties will include: * Business Development – sourcing, researching, contacting businesses and originations via telephone, email, Linked In etc * Arranging and attending client meetings and both in house and external networking events * Sourcing, interviewing and meeting candidates adhering to legal compliance and company policy * Updating systems and databases ensuring compliance and organisation * Preparing and actioning speculative candidate calls and marketing material to prospect clients * Producing effective and creative job specifications and posting these online * Some marketing which can include both on and offline and social media * Building relationships with clients and candidates This is an amazing opportunity working with a leader that has a real passion for Recruitment to put your stamp on the role and continue to grow within a business that promotes flexibility, individuality and self-management.
