Customer Relationship Manager - Private Banking

To be considered for the role you will need:
Significant experience in a similar role Proven understanding of financial planning & wealth management Strong organisation, prioritisation and implementation skills. Ideally be level 4 Qualified or willing to work towards this, it is also anticipated that applicants will have a Degree level qualification in a relevant subjectWhat you will do:
This role includes the following responsibilities:
Onboarding clients and implementing recommended financial structures. Management of existing client accounts taking responsibility for resolving issues and always providing the highest level of client care. Compliance with client data integrity and confidentiality adhering to AML & FCA rules. Focusing on operating effective processes, to provide high quality client service and support. Driving engagement and improved performance.Please note that this role is office based in the heart of Mayfair
