What we offer: * £35,000 per year + service charge * Guaranteed same two days off each week (closed Sundays & Mondays) * Summer closure: Two weeks off every August * January closure: First week of January off * Daily staff meals are provided while on shift * Break every day from 3-5 pm for an excellent work-life balance * Work with world-class ingredients and a small, passionate team * Uniform provided As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to work with our newly appointed Head Chef, Nathan Cornwell, who brings extensive experience from Michelin-starred kitchens, including Geranium (3 Michelin Stars) and Kadeau & Oaxen Krog (2 Michelin Stars). This is an exciting role for a Pastry Chef de Partie looking to make their mark in an award-winning kitchen. Requirements: We are seeking a strong, motivated Pastry Chef de Partie with proven experience in elite hospitality, ideally from a Michelin-level, 3 AA Rosette environment, or similar fine dining establishments. The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will need to demonstrate: * Innovation and creativity in pastry * Strong communication skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and high standards in presentation * A professional and positive attitude Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK.
