The Role
Join our small team and elevate your hospitality career with our Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3. Building on your experience, you will gain an industry recognised qualification while developing supervisory skills in a hospitality setting.
In this role, youll participate in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, helping to create exceptional guest experiences. From welcoming guests to assisting with large-scale events like lunches and banquets, you will take part in all aspects of hospitality service while helping to maintain high standards. You will also learn to make critical decisions on the spot, analyse team dynamics, and discover effective ways to motivate a team. While you will not directly manage others, you will learn to take on more responsibility and handle tasks independently.
The learning curve will be steep, but with support from our knowledgeable team, you will receive guidance every step of the way.
The Candidate
We are seeking someone with hospitality experience who is passionate about delivering great service. You will need to have five GCSEs at grade 4 or higher, including Maths and English.
You should be friendly, approachable, and communicate well with guests and colleagues. Thriving in fast-paced environments, staying calm under pressure, and having an eye for detail are key. We also need someone with a can-do attitude who is a true team player and eager to learn and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.
