Panel Beater

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a modern and clean accident repair centre, for an experiencedPanel Beater. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience, with the potential to earn an additional £12,600 in bonuses, bringing the total OTE potential to £57,600 per year.

Key Responsibilities of the Panel Beater:

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Use your technical skills to assess and repair damaged bodywork.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients regarding repair progress.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as aPanel Beaterwithin the accident repair industry.
• Strong knowledge of panel beating techniques and equipment.
• ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
